How do you bleach your teeth at home?

There are two components to bleaching your teeth at home, the bleaching gel and a bleaching tray. The tray is a clear plastic tray which fits precisely over your teeth and is custom made to fit you and you alone. Into this tray you will place the bleaching gel, often wearing the gel for a few hours or overnight. The tray is designed to ensure that the gel does not come into contact with your sensitive gums. You can usually whiten your teeth for as long as you want meaning you are in complete control of the colour.
